3 month job search coaching group for people with a career pause

Dates & Time:

Live Group Sessions: 9 Thursdays in the spring of 2024: February 8, 15, 22, 29, March 7, 21, 28, April 4 & 11 at 12pm ET/ 11am CT/ 10am MT/ 9am PT. Group Sessions are 90 minutes.

Fair Play Workshop included: sharing the work load at home when you return to paid work on Tuesday March 12 at 12pm ET/ 11am CT/ 10am MT/ 9am PT.

1:1 coaching session scheduled at a mutually convenient time after you sign up for THRIVE.

Jen is a mother of 2, Professional Coach, and Leadership Development Consultant who spent the first phase of her career hiring, developing, and leading high-performance teams in the healthcare IT industry. You will be joining a group of like-minded return-to-work candidates for 9 group coaching calls, unlimited e-mail support, and access to our private Facebook group. In addition, you will get a 1:1 coaching session with your coach to start the THRIVE experience and get you set up for success.

Where: all sessions will be virtual through Zoom

You will get access to the Cultivating Career Confidence digital course alongside the live group coaching sessions to prepare you for your return.
