Includes:

  • Coaching support, tools, assessments, and resources to move you forward in your career exploration and job search

  • Tailored support to help you build clarity and confidence around next steps

  • Feedback on your resume, LinkedIn, interview stories, salary negotiation and more

Support Structure:

  • 2 coaching sessions times per month (meet virtually)

PARENTAL LEAVE COACHING PACKAGE – Contact Anna for pricing

For clients navigating parental leave we are often employed our coaching client’s company to provide this sort of coaching to the parent navigating leave and their manager. We can also work with individuals.

While we personally celebrate welcoming a child into our family, it can also be a time of transition and uncertainty both personally and professionally that is not often discussed. Confidential coaching support from an unrelated party during this time provides a safe space to think through concerns, challenges, and feel better prepared to navigate the parental leave transition period.

We typically meet with a client for 6 coaching sessions spread throughout the 3 phases of parental leave: pre-leave, during leave, and post leave. Ideally, we would also meet with the manager of the parent going out on parental leave for at least 2 sessions.

We use the RETAIN parental leave coaching method. Anna is a RETAIN certified parental leave coach through the Center for Parental Leave Leadership.

Includes:

  • Coaching support to navigate parental leave feeling supported and valued

  • Action planning template to make sure you don’t miss anything in your transition in to and out of parental leave

  • Tools, assessments, and resources to navigate parental leave with a clearer path forward

Support Structure:

  • 6 coaching sessions for the parent spread out over the 3 phases of leave. Ideally 2 prior to leave, 1 during leave, and 3 upon your return to work.

  • 2 coaching sessions for the manager of the parent going out on leave
